Suhoor Ideas| Remain Healthy
We know that not all of our students are fasting this Ramadan, but we understand that a lot of our parents will be!
We thought it would be ideal for us to share with you some ideas for your Suhoor to remain healthy and hydrated throughout the day ahead whilst you’re fasting.
Suhoor is to be eaten before sunrise and it is the most important meal of the day to be able to sustain through the entire day therefore what you choose to eat should be nutrient dense.

We will be sharing more recipe ideas throughout the Holy Month and also plan to get our students involved with this.
Keep in mind that within the first week of Ramadan we will be announcing to our students the opportunity to be featured across our social media pages by a video recording as they assist/cook either a meal for Iftar or Suhoor.
